Can I make changes to my order?

After an order is registered in our database, we provide a 24-hour window for making changes to your order. After this period, we begin processing your order by acquiring clothing from suppliers and preparing files. Once we have incurred material or labor costs, it becomes impossible to make further changes.

We always ask our customers to pay close attention when choosing colors, clothing sizes, and the shipping address because changes cannot be made afterward.
