In the context of registration, access, and use of the website maudlinclothing.com, Elemento Têxtil, Unipessoal, Lda., hereinafter referred to as Maudlin Merchandise, as the data controller, may request that the User provide their personal data, i.e., information provided by the User that allows Maudlin Merchandise to identify and/or contact them ('Personal Data').

As a rule, Personal Data is requested when the User submits an information or budget request, where only the name, email, and telephone contact will be collected.

Personal Data is also requested when the User submits a newsletter subscription request, where only the name and email will be collected. The User can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time through the newsletters received, without invalidating other ways of exercising their right to be forgotten as described below.
