Do you customize customers' clothing?
We are available to work with customer-provided clothing as long as they meet certain requirements.
Please note the following points if you provide clothing for customization:
- All items must be 100% cotton.
- All items should comply with Portuguese and European labeling standards.
It's also important to mention that in our industry, it's normal for some clothing to be damaged during production, which can happen in various jobs. Since we won't be familiar with the clothing provided, the risk of damaging some items is increased. If the clothing is not provided by us, we cannot assume financial or any other responsibility for these items.
