I need the order for a specific date. Can you guarantee it?
All our orders are shipped by a carrier and take approximately 24 hours (business days) to be delivered in mainland Portugal. After dispatching from our facilities, we can provide you with the shipment tracking number, but we have no control over the order and the time or location of its delivery. Delivery can take place at any time between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., with no guarantee of a phone call from the courier.
If there is no one to receive the order, a notice will be left for the customer to contact and schedule a new delivery. This matter should be addressed directly with the carrier, not with our company.
